BUYER PRIVACY PROTECTION

On behalf of K-DERM, we are committed to protecting the privacy of all our customers. We only collect necessary, basic customer/user data and data necessary for business operations and informing users in accordance with good business practice and with the aim of providing quality service. We provide customers with options, including the ability to decide whether they wish to be removed from mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All user/customer data is strictly stored and is available only to employees who need this data to perform their work. All employees who deal with data management in the "K-derm shop" web store (and business partners) are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.

PROTECTION OF CONFIDENTIAL TRANSACTION AND CARD DATA

When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted over a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and PKI system, as currently the most modern cryptographic technologies. Data security during the purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, so the entire payment process is performed on the bank's website. No payment card information is currently available to our system.

VAT STATEMENT

VAT is included in the price, and there are no hidden costs.

CURRENCY CONVERSION STATEMENT

All payments will be made in the Serbian currency - dinar (RSD). The amount that will be charged to your credit card account is obtained by converting the price in euros/US dollars into Serbian dinars according to the current exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia.

When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted to your local currency according to the exchange rate list of the credit card associations. Due to this conversion, there is a possibility of a small difference compared to the original price listed on our website.

RIGHT TO FILE A COMPLAINT

The customer has the right to file a complaint in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law in the event of product non-conformity.

REASONS FOR COMPLAINT

A complaint may be submitted if the product is damaged during delivery, if the wrong product has been delivered, or if the expiration date is not appropriate.

DAMAGE DURING DELIVERY

If the shipment is damaged during delivery, the customer is required to report the damage to the courier immediately upon receipt of the package or no later than 24 hours after receiving the shipment.
It is recommended that the customer checks the condition of the package before signing for receipt.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING A COMPLAINT

The customer is required to submit a complaint within 24 hours from the day of receiving the product.
Complaints submitted after this period will not be rejected if it is determined that they are justified in accordance with applicable laws.

HYGIENE REASONS

Due to the nature of cosmetic products, it is not possible to return opened or used products, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage.

SUBMITTING A COMPLAINT

When submitting a complaint, it is necessary to provide the order number, a description of the issue, photos of the product, and the receipt.

COMPLAINT RESOLUTION DEADLINES

The seller is obligated to respond to the complaint within 8 days and resolve it within 15 days from the date of receiving the complaint.

COMPLAINT RESOLUTION METHODS

In the case of a justified complaint, the customer has the right to a product replacement or a refund.

DELIVERY AND UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS

Delivery is carried out via courier service within the territory of the Republic of Serbia within 1 to 5 business days.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. In case of incorrect information or inability to deliver, the seller is not responsible for delays or unsuccessful delivery.

If the customer does not collect the shipment and it is returned to the seller, the seller reserves the right to:

resend the shipment upon prior payment of delivery costs
refuse future orders from that customer.

RETURN POLICY (REFUND POLICY)

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, except in cases involving opened or used cosmetic products, as well as products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

RETURN COSTS

If the customer withdraws from the purchase, they bear the cost of returning the product.

RETURN CONDITIONS

The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

REFUND

The refund is issued after the product is received and inspected, using the original payment method or another method agreed upon with the customer, within up to 14 days.

In the case of withdrawal from purchase, the refund applies only to the product price, while delivery costs are not refunded.
